Velocite LICOS handlebars are EN and impact tested, and are very stiff. This stiffness and strength were achieved through use of novel manufacturing techniques using a solid core former, and ultra high modulus carbon fiber.

Its user friendly features continue with internal cable routing tunnels,  friction treated stem and shifter clamp sections, a small thumb depression and finger grooves for maximum comfort on the flats, and a flat palm section to increase the comfort while in the hoods.

The round oversize profile extends far enough to allow use of some clip on extensions.

The last, but very significant feature of Velocite LICOS handlebars is the geometry. This is a modern compact bar with short reach and shallow drops. This will allow you to spend more time in the drops in a better aerodynamic position compared to the standard geometry bars. In fact with Velocite LICOS you may find that you are as comfortable in the drops as on the hoods.
