Velocite Helios Aero

Aero road

An aero frame that did not trade stiffness for its tube shapes. Designed with world championship winning aero bike designer Lewis Mathiske, it won a combined 2012 iF Design and Taipei Cycle d&i award. Its down tube already had a bottle recess, the idea the Syn later took much further.

• Sold as a frameset and as complete bikes in three build levels: 1.0 with Shimano Dura-Ace or SRAM Red, 2.0 with Ultegra or SRAM Force, 3.0 with 105 or SRAM Rival, with a choice of Velocite Noir and MONC carbon wheels
